Dentures are false teeth that are made from acrylic that are meant to give you a very natural appearance. In many cases, dentures look exactly like real teeth so that no one even knows that they’re false. In some cases, denture implants are necessary to keep these false teeth in place. This is often the case when all of the teeth have been removed and the jawbone has deteriorated to a point that there’s simply not enough of a gum ridge available for the dentures to rest upon.
