Some tooth loose is caused by periodontal disease. This disease will erode the bone, so individual implants will not be effective. People with this disease that have full dental implants need to follow the same hygiene routine they always have. If the teeth are not flossed and brushed often, the bone will continue to wear down and the implants will loosen and fall out. Denture implants will solve the problem but the patient may need to undergo surgery to prepare for them, as well as preparing mentally for the denture implants cost. Bone grafts may be needed to rebuild the bone in the jaw so that there is enough material there to secure the implant permanently.
