Oil filled radiators, like the Honeywell oil filled radiator, among other things, come with convection heaters and are meant to raise an entire room’s temperature, instead of just blowing hot air towards a single person. These heaters expel heat upwards to displace the cold air as it’s moving, permitting circulation and movement of the air without using a fan. Such heaters raise the temperature in a room equally and are usually less costly than their radiant heater cousins. Furthermore, these convection heaters eliminate the risk of using a hot unit that can start a possible fire.
